Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for dataset satellite internet system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide dataset satellite internet system to the government authority located in Tennessee.
- The system will be capable of providing up to 1.5 Mbps upload, and 6 Mbps Download speeds
- Justification (5000): - The GRSM ranger division is in the process of outfitting a 22-foot mobile Incident Command Trailer. The Trailer will be used as a Command Posts during a wide variety of incidents, to include, search and rescue (SAR), Wildland fire, special park events, and law enforcement events.
- A Dataset internet Satellite System with enhance the effectiveness of the mobile Incident Command Trailer in two ways.
- Internet connectivity: - Large portions of the park that the Ranger division is responsible for emergency response do not have Cell Phone connectivity, or internet info structure. The Incident Command trailer currently does not have internet connectivity. The installation of a 1.2-meter Dataset internet satellite system on the Command trailer will allow the Incident Command team to have internet connectivity throughout the park. Even in areas of the park that do not have connectivity. Allowing the members of the team to access vital resources using the internet, communicate with outside resources via email, track weather in real time, track aircraft using AFF, and many other services provide by internet access.
- Internet Calling and texting: With current technology team members will be able to make and receive phone calls and texts using their issued Government iPhones. Utilizing the internet calling and texting feature over the network provided by the Dataset internet Satellite System. Allowing vital communication even in areas of the park where cell phones typically do not work or in areas where the cell networks are affected by natural disasters or other unseen events.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
