[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide survey management system
- The Survey Management System must be based on student FTE headcount of at least: 12,000,
- The Survey Management System must be a web-based system which includes anonymous and tracked survey reporting,
- The Survey Management System must be Learning Management System (LMS) integratable via Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), Turnkey Integration and/ or Application Program Interface (API),
- The Survey Management System must be Student Information System (SIS) integratable via Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI), Turnkey Integration and/ or Application Program Interface (API),
- The Survey Management System must provide a web-based interface for survey deployment, administration, reporting and include a responsive design,
- The Survey Management System must enable a multi-workspace for supporting independent workspaces within the enterprise, (optional) each workspace can manage their own surveys and results,
- The Survey Management System must provide perpetual software licensing for the entire institution, to include but not limited to faculty, students and staff: unlimited users,
- The Survey Management System must provide a production and test server,
- The Survey Management System must have multiple aggregated reporting tools available, to include but not limited to, reports for course sections, courses, instructors, departments, colleges, campuses, longitudinal reporting over a period of time, instructor based executive summary and reporting for administrators,
- The Survey Management System must provide initial training,
- The Survey Management System must provide support via telephone, web and/ or email,
- The Survey Management System must offer an incentive option available for completion of survey, for example early grade release,
- The Survey Management System must conduct operations on a secure connection, using encrypted transmissions of data and back up procedures and facilities,
- The Survey Management System must provide support with implementation/ set up with Austin Peay State University IT infrastructure (involving faculty, student, and course information uploads and interface with the University specific Learning Management System [LMS] and/ or Student Information System [SIS]), production launch and annual licensing fee, software maintenance and upgrades,
- The Survey Management System must provide a Federal Identity Management system whereby a single action of user authentication and authorization grants the user access to all applications and systems where he or she has permissions, without need to enter multiple username/password combinations. (Single Sign-On [SSO], Lightweight Directory Access Protocol [LDAP] authentication).
- The Survey Management System must provide a secure student portal for students to validate and access evaluations,
- The Survey Management System must provide multiple and flexible modes of roles and permissions assigned, for faculty, students, administrator(s), sub-administrator(s), etc,
- The Survey Management System must be a hosted solution.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
