[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide voice over IP (VOIP) phone system.
a. Qty of 70 PolyCom VVX 450 or equivalent IP Based Phone
b. Power Adapter for each phone
c. Monthly Fee for VOIP Service for each phone with the following specs
i. Digital Auto Attendant for each department
ii. iPhone & Android phone app capabilities
iii. All standard features such as: Call Forwarding, Caller ID, Voicemail, and Three-Way calling are to be included
iv. Unlimited Free Local and Domestic Long-Distance calling
v. All fees and surcharges are to be included in price, i.e. 911 fee
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
