[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide access control system include the system installation, final termination and commissioning by a factory certified technician to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- 125kHz Proxy, for legacy credential during migration
- 13.56MHz, encrypted Secure copy protected credentials
- Mobile Smart Phone Credentials
- Ability to integrate with Biometric readers
- Open controllers that are not locked to a specific access control software
- The access control system software shall be capable of supporting 100,000 users, with a minimum of 200,000 credentials
- Software shall be capable of automatically disabling user access to facilities if their account is disabled in Microsoft active directory
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 6, 2020.
