Vendor needs to provide broad range of telecommunications-related services and remain current with emerging technology in order to meet the changing mission needs of the ORF-ICN customers to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN.
- Contractor must develop and implement innovative approaches and adopt practices that meet customer needs and foster continuous improvement in operating, maintaining and upgrading the ORF-ICN.
- An effective system is robust, resilient, adaptive, and consistent with the changing mission needs of the customers. An effective system also must provide a coordinated approach to providing telecommunications to multiple facilities and sites.
