Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing platform.
- Must provide the ability to email 75,000 or more recipients
- Ability to access from MacOS 10.14 or later and Windows 10 or later operating environment
- Must provide a way to remove opt-out links for internal emails
- Ability to create and print out PDF versions of each email sent
- Ability to provide a web link and version of each email sent
- Ability to provide analytics and reporting of each email and recipient, with metrics on, but not limited to opens, device type, clicks by specific link, opt-outs, and bounce backs
- Must provide a method to view a heat map for each email based on clicks
- Ability to build and utilize forms to collect data and add recipients to subscriptions
- Must provide a way to build automated workflows depending on user interactions
- Enables access to HTML editing in emails and templates
- Ability for emails to contain dynamic content that is personalized for each recipient
- Ability to embed alt text onto images
- Ability to white label outgoing emails and include custom branding
- Ability for recipient to view the email in MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android, or current desktop or mobile browser environments through a responsive design
