[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.
- Maintaining the Facilities in good repair and tenantable condition,
- Maintaining exterior facilities including, but not limited to, parking areas, driveways and paddock areas; and
- Planning and scheduling events that are consistent with the Facility purposes.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Teleconference will be held on July 2, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
