[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio-visual system includes comprehensive integration of audio, video, control, cabling, terminations, distribution frames and networking components to the government authority located in Brentwood, TN.
- Interface and coordination with the site LAN is integral and includes substantial networking integration at the cabling, hardware and software levels.
- The AV Contractor is required to perform the work as a turn-key system integration, while simultaneously coordinating integration with the electrical infrastructure, systems provided by others, and the content delivery systems operated by the end-user.
(2) An online Pre-Bid Conference will be held online on May 21, 2020.
