Government Authority located in Memphis, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for parking equipment, technology and management services.
[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking equipment, technology and management services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
General Services Required:
- Purchase, install, and maintain new Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS)
equipment and or other technology.
- Work in conjunction with the RCC team to create a set of regulations to facilitate: (1) parking for daily visitors and special events, (2) regular employee/monthly parking, and (3) control of the RCC’s garage while promoting traffic and pedestrian safety.
- Provide on-going consulting services and implement industry best practices
- Employ trained personnel and implement specialized programs to integrate RCC staff into the parking operations
- Provide for citation issuance, noticing, booting or towing, and collections in a fair, professional and friendly manner
- Develop outreach programs for all RCC stakeholders as required
- Maximize profitability for the RCC
- Develop a transition plan to take over parking and enforcement operations from the current RCC provider
- Implement a cloud-based solution that integrates all aspects of the parking operations into a single platform that can be accessed by the RCC team and the provider.
- Provide 24/7 response time to parking customers either on-site or remotely
- Provide operational and customer training for all enforcement personnel
- Provide weekly, monthly and annual reported as required by RCC
* Parking Meter Management and Parking Enforcement:
- Recommend parking-related signage, including any signage required for new equipment or technology
- Reprogram equipment and other related technology in the event of a rate change
- Enforce parking regulations relating to the proposed program through electronic ticketing or immobilization
- Establish designated patrol routes for enforcement officers and ensure adequate staffing to meet enforcement requirements
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 19, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
