[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide tax notice mailing services to the government authority located in Shelby, TN.
1. Vendor must have equipment redundancy to ensure no delays in processing printed materials, document inserting and mailing functions. 2. Vendor must have sufficient data recovery capabilities so as not to delay any mailing more than twenty-four (24) hours. 3. Vendor must have a secure facility, with internal and external cameras and backup power generators preferred. 4. Vendor must have programming and data capture, secure storage and transfer capabilities. 5. Vendor must have the financial resources to maintain the requisite supplies in stock to meet scheduling requirements. 6. Vendor must have qualified and experienced personnel capable of providing the requested services while maintaining scheduling requirements. 7. Vendor must possess and maintain a USPS account. 8. Vendor must submit invoices for payment no later than ten (10) days following completion of printing/mailing job.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
