Government Authority located in Chattanooga, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for front end loader and refuse pickup service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide front end loader and refuse pickup service to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Collections shall be made as specified on attached City of Chattanooga Service Locations spreadsheet. Hours of pick-up service restricted to 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday only, unless otherwise requested by department.
- The attached list indicates the facility, the address, the container size, number of containers by location, and service frequency.
- From time to time the successful bidder will be required to swap out and/or relocate containers within the system based upon the needs at specific locations.
- Any problems arising because of damage to a container, replacement of a worn container, relocation of a container or causes preventing a pick-up of a container are to be coordinated and resolved between the bidder (contractor) and the facility being serviced.
- If a scheduled pick-up falls on a holiday or is delayed due to weather conditions, these pick-ups are to be worked immediately upon returning to work.
- It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace all containers damaged through negligence of the operator in emptying said containers, including, but not limited to, failure to close doors properly and rough or improper handling.
- It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to have at their disposal any labor or equipment that might be needed to insure pick-up schedule is properly maintained.
- Any unusual and/or unique problems arising in servicing this contract will be presented to the
City Purchasing Office who will call the interested parties together (contractor, Purchasing, Citywide Services representative and City Attorney representative), if required, to mutually discuss and reconcile the problem.
- Either party will have the option of cancelling the contract with a 30-day written request.
- The City reserves the right to add or delete locations to the contract at their discretion. Agreed upon contract rates will be applied to all additional locations during the term of the contract.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
