[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide visual stream survey services include pre-survey activities to determine reaches are to be surveyed, preparing devices and database files for data entry and training of field crew in order to gather consistent and accurate data to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Survey work will consist of gathering, entering and checking streams for environmental factors based on a ranking scale and recording data and pictures.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2020.
(3) A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on April 15, 2020.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
