[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide digital assessment platform resource for grades 2-11 as per the below areas of emphasis. The program will be implemented at eleven schools serving approximately 6200 students.
- Provide references (if requested) from other customers using the product.
- Dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for ensuring implementation fidelity.
- Platform supports creation, delivery and reporting of assessments that prepare students for state Ready assessments.
- Platform supports creation and delivery of state-wide/district-wide common assessments as well as classroom level formative assessments.
- Creation, delivery and reporting of secure and non-secure assessments.
- Online tools (i.e. calculator, highlighter, compass, ruler, straightedge, protractor, eliminator, pencil, etc.).
- Create, deliver and score assessments designed to demonstrate student growth.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
