Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for hosted post production captioning and transcription services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted post production captioning and transcription services in English and Spanish for non-captioned pre-recorded video that includes creating a transcript of the audio portion of the video to then be used to create the closed captions that will be used with the pre-recorded video.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 31, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
