[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide criminal background check services for each childcare applicant who has lived outside states to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Criminal records returned for any and all states and territories submitted for that applicant, including the charge, date of charge, disposition, and date of disposition for any and all records returned
- The Contractor shall initially provide only the preceding result information in writing, but shall, upon request by the State, provide copies of the actual court documentation to accompany the result information
- For purposes of this Contract, criminal records include any pending criminal charge or criminal conviction of any nature, including felonies and misdemeanours, regardless of whether such conviction was entered upon trial by jury, under a conditional plea of guilt, judicial diversion statute, under a best interest plea, or other circumstances
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
