Vendor needs to provide public records request software maintenance for state and local governments and educational institutions, and helps improve efficiencies, reduce costs and mitigate risk in servicing public records requests.
- captures all requests received via letter, website, email, fax, phone, voicemail, or walk-in.
- capture FOIA requests and provide requestors with updates and history of previous requests.
- platform landing page with icons and links to customer help areas;
- any software updates and maintenance that may be needed throughout the life of the
contract;
- access to form and letter templates that may be customized by TDOC as needed;
- technical assistance and support;
- security features including data encryption and the option to restrict visibility and access
based on user profile;
- mobile access capacities for administrators and citizens;
- database access with the ability to generate customized reporting as needed; and
- ongoing training for new users and training on new features.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
