[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 live telephone answering services for laboratories to ensure there is external telephone coverage during and outside standard business hours including all weekends, and approved State of Tennessee holidays.
- Vendor shall utilize live operators to answer and record calls for both Nashville and Knoxville laboratory locations at the following times (all times listed are Central Standard Time):
 Weekdays: Nashville Laboratory 4:30PM to 8:00AM, Knoxville Laboratory 3:30PM to 7:00AM
 Weekends: Nashville Laboratory 4:30PM to 8:00AM, Knoxville Laboratory 3:30PM to 7:00AM
 Holidays: Nashville Laboratory 4:30PM to 8:00AM, Knoxville Laboratory 3:30PM to 7:00AM.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
