Government Authority located in Knoxville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for digital sign services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital sign services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Microsoft and Apple compatible software such as , 16 mm pixel pitch, with lifetime broadband communication, temperature sensor, Ignite graphics software, animated text and graphics, video clips at 30 FPS with one double-faced identification sign electronic sign 3’H by 10’W, aluminum frame and cabinet, internal LED illumination, white polycarbonate faces with first surface vinyl graphics, installed on a 6” by 8’H above ground level steel pole with caisson concrete foundation and aluminum pole cover including sign and electric permits.,
- Will provide electricity to the sign location but provider is to communicate requirement and make all connection to sign.
- All material and workmanship are to be warranted by provider for one year from the date of completion of the installation, including lamps.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 10, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
