[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based safety and policy compliance training on an as needed basis.
• Training Video’s:
- Safety video training applicable for school environments.
- Training courses grouped into job classifications.
- Ability to create customized training courses and programs such as for new hires.
- Access to the complete library of safety videos for one price.
• Solution needs to insure accountability:
- Automatic tracking of course completions
- Ability to upload and deliver district specific policies and procedures for online review and acceptance.
- Automatic contact to the employee when testing or retesting is required.
- Ability to track employees who complete training through group methods or some other off-line training.
- Ability to track mandatory annual training by course and employee.
- Available access by supervisors to monitor the completion progress of employees.
- Requirement to pass a quiz to complete the video and immediate notification of the pass/failure.
• Software must be web based accessible from an HTTPS site both inside and outside SCS network.
• Software is hosted on the vendor’s servers.
• Data is encrypted to ensure unauthorized access.
• End-User and Technical support are provided at no additional charge.
• Define Service Level Agreement including uptime, response time to issues, backups, etc…
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2020.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
