[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services at the state veterans’ home including attending physician, clinical nurse specialist, director of nursing, facility and facility administrator, health care practitioner, medical director, nurse practitioner and physician assistant to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
(2) Notice of intent to due on March 06, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2020.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
