[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Medical Administration. Contractor shall be responsible for the medical administration and professional supervision of resident care at the Facility, consistent with the Facility’s Resident Care Policies and procedures, standards and criteria prescribed, the applicable standard of care for the Contractor within the medical profession, and all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor’s responsibilities shall include
- Maintaining a satisfactory level of knowledge of Current Professional Standards of Practice in caring for long-term care residents and how to coordinate and oversee other practitioners. - Meeting regularly with the Facility Administrator and Director of Nursing and providing leadership to achieve medical care goals.
- Participating in the recommendation, development, approval, implementation, and periodic evaluation of Resident Care Policies. - Participating in the activities of quality assurance, including issues related to the coordination of medical care identified through the Facility’s quality assessment and assurance committee and other activities related to the coordination of care.
- Participating in surveys and interacting with outside regulatory agencies. - Participating in the budgetary process to minimize costs
 - Helping the Facility identify, evaluate, and address health care issues related to the quality of care and quality of life of residents.
- Providing clinical guidance and oversight regarding the implementation of resident care policies;
- Supporting and promoting person-directed care such as the formation of advance directives, end-of-life care, and provisions that enhance resident decision making, including choice regarding medical care options.
- Organizing and coordinating physician services and services provided by other professionals as they relate to resident care, including
- Assisting the Facility to obtain and maintain timely and appropriate medical care that supports the healthcare needs of the residents, is consistent with current standards of practice, and helps the Facility meet its regulatory requirements.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
