[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital asset management system to manage the collection, storage, search and retrieval of both its current inventory of digital assets as well as future assets.
- The storage capabilities and storage service offerings of your system including Any object size and / or quantity restrictions, Backup / DR / replication, Tiering (Active, Archive, etc.), Data security.
- The database management system utilized by your system including Database operations management, Database security, Database migration functionality (on-premises to cloud, cloud to on-premises, etc.)
- The user access management features of your system including User account management, Directory service integrations, User types, Groups / sub-groups.
- The user interface of your system and functionalities available through each type of interface, including Supported browsers, Supported platforms (PC, Mac, mobile devices), Social media interfaces, Customization / branding features, Audio / video playback controls, Accessibility compliance.
- Interfaces with other content management systems including website portals / CMS

(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 17, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 23, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
