Government Authority located in Athens, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for trustee services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide trustee services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Athens, TN.
The proposed scope shall consist of the following:
A. Services rendered are effective July 1, 2020, for a three-year term with automatic renewal unless terminated as outlined in the agreement between COA and the Trustee.
B. Services rendered are to include two accounts: 1) a Trust account with a balance (including investments) of approximately $16 million, and 2) a clearing account with a
balance of approximately $100,000 used to clear drafts for covered benefits.
C. The Trustee will handle all monthly distributions.
D. Currently, activity in the Trust administered by COA staff includes making one (1) or two (2) electronic deposits per year.
E. The Trustee will provide investment options for the Trust and may invest and reinvest the funds of the Trust as directed by COA.
F. The Trustee has no duty to determine the rights or benefits of any person in the Trust and will not be responsible for meeting and discharging liabilities under the Plan.
G. The qualified institution will have extensive experience managing and reporting investment activities of Trust accounts.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
