[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dental plan administer services for its eligible active and retired employees.
- The city active employee dental plans are voluntary and the city does not contribute to the premiums
- Eligible employees (full-time regular and elected officials) may enroll as new hires and benefits are effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
