[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide liability, property and workers compensation insurance products and services following shall be provided consulting solutions and problem-solving regarding exposures and events as needed, insurance exposure analysis and insurance coverage placement, maintenance of all excel spreadsheets for all exposure data, complete premium allocations by department, including per employee and per location and per vehicle and per equipment breakdowns, assemble and complete workers compensation audits and auto audits, review of insurance provisions for all city contracts, review of all certificates of insurance received by the city, process and facilitate all certificate of insurance required of the city, periodic analysis of flood zone exposures, assist with claims management and claims advocacy, conduct quarterly claim reviews, participate and/or facilitate on-site employee training and education related to insurance, including but not limited to law enforcement, employment, and workers compensation, placement of special event coverage for city events, including but not limited to fourth of July fireworks, family day, and touch a truck, conduct on-site inspections as needed, facilitate building and contents appraisals as needed, assist with actuarial studies as needed, conduct pre-event site inspections, requires that it be able to report claims 24/7 on-line with real-time access to adjusters’ notes, settlement offers be reviewed with the city’s risk management department prior to an offer of settlement being made on a claim.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 3, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
