(1) Vendor needs to provide voice platform solution a partnership with a SIP voice communications solution vendor to allow for expansion of our wholesale voice termination services,
- Telephone numbers (TN),
- Inbound and outbound calling,
- Toll-free numbers,
- Inbound and outbound toll-free calling,
- 911 services,
- Rich feature set of modular options/add-ons,
- Powered by a nationwide IP CLEC network,
- Describe options for automated provisioning/API,
- Solution must support number porting,
- Location diverse SIP trunk/adjacency connectivity to geo-redundant soft switch,
- Solution should support direct peer cross-connect options.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
