Government Authority located Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Learning Management System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Learning Management System to procure necessary Business Continuity Software Solution & Services at the most favorable, competitive prices and to give ALL qualified businesses, including those that are small, minority, women, and service-disabled veteran owned, the opportunity to do business with the Institution
a. Load balancing technology in all layers (presentation, application, and database).
b. Multi-tiered software development environment (Development, Staging and Production)
c. Use of cluster configurations or other grouped hardware/software configurations that provide fault-tolerance capabilities and concurrent load capacity.
d. Database replication.
e. Database licensing options. Proposers must describe in detail options for institutions using local existing databases. Pricing and cost information must not be included in the Technical Proposal.
f. Database platforms (including version numbers) .
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2020.
(3) A not mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on January 30, 2020.
(4) A Notice of Intent to Propose no later than February 13,2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
