Government Authority located in Franklin, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for clinic healthcare services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide clinic healthcare services to the government authority located in Franklin, TN.
- Services such as preventive and acute care are to be offered only for those enrolled in the City’s health plan, while other services such as workers comp, random drug testing and post-accident drug screen and breath alcohol tests are to be available to all employees upon request from the City,
- To render preventative and acute care services at one or more near-site clinics with a mid-level approach that includes Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants with Physician oversight,
- The City’s goals and objectives for adding near-site clinic services are to:
- Reduce out of pocket costs for the City’s employees and their families,
- Enhance employee productivity, and reduce lost time and absence from work,
- Manage worksite injuries and illnesses,
- Enlist a provider to handle random drug testing for current employees and drug testing and pre-employment physicals for prospective employees.
- The services that the City anticipates needing include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Acute Care
- Preventive Testing
- Biometric Testing
- Lab services
- Drug Testing and Physicals for Prospective Employees (excluding law enforcement and firefighters)
- Hepatitis B immunoglobulin for City employees that have been exposed to Hepatitis B virus
- Flu Shots
- Workers Comp Claims
- Post-accident drug screen and breath alcohol test with Medical Review Officer certification
- Access to a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Physician Oversight
- Ability to provide employees, retirees or their families that are covered under the City health plan the option to make same-day appointments or receive fast-pass access if the near-site clinic is shared with patients outside of the City.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2020

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
