Vendor needs to provide evidence-based instruction strategies consulting services
- Offer professional development training designed to achieve the objectives outlined in this Request for Proposals and support increased organizational capacity to sustain the application of learning and implementation of tools and strategies over time,
- The proposed program must be designed to enhance the skills and/or abilities of employees in evidence-based instructional strategies as related to the classroom and school environment to reduce disparities and enhance student academic performance,
- The professional learning delivery model must be engaging for participants and based on the principles of adult learning, to effectively implement strategies for building student ownership through collaborative structures and use of student work with:
- surveys for measuring culture,
- processes for educator collaboration,
- processes for creating student ownership,
- processes for measuring impact on student learning,
- process for building educator discernment regarding evidence-based practices,
- and any resource(s) that support developing student ownership.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
