[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Attending physician means the individual who has primary responsibility for the medical care of a resident of the facility
- clinical nurse specialist means a state licensed registered nurse who has a master degree or higher in a nursing specialty and has national specialty certification as a clinical nurse specialist
- Director of nursing means the state licensed registered nurse designated to direct and oversee the nursing staff at the facility on a full-time basis
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
