Vendor needs to provide integrated computer aided dispatch and next generation 9-1-1 compliant telephony system.
- Would like one integrated system that includes the integration of two existing systems CAD system and NG 9-1-1 compliant telephony system with multiple capabilities
- To improve overall response time for both dispatchers and troopers
- To increase the overall efficiency of dispatchers to gather and disseminate data to troopers
- All necessary hardware and software products including the software application, design, development, customization, and configuration
- An integrated system that has the capability of producing a variety of both pre-defined standard and customized reports, as well as, utilizing real-time data to run ad hoc or customized queries
- Call handling or CAD event creation
- Dispatch support;
- Resource management
- Call incident and event management
- Support resource request and tracking
- Incident disposition
- Reporting and monitoring
- Robust mapping for both dispatch and mobile users

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
