[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning code assessment services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- An initial kick-off conference call will orient consultants to the information and identify any additional information needed for the initial assessment,
- Initial Review and Assessment,
          - List of known issues related to enforcement of the zoning ordinance,
         - Analysis of the current zoning ordinance,
- On-site Visit and Stakeholder Meetings,
         - The consultant will meet in person with the RPA/ECD team to discuss the project, discuss the
            initial assessment and finalize the work plan or schedule,
        - Develop draft zoning code assessment,
        - Identify outdated language,
        - Identify better identified terms (definitions or other) to assist with enforcement,
        - Review historic list of zoning conditions for possible inclusion in updated ordinance,
- Finalize the Zoning Code Assessment and Conduct Outreach.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 27, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
