[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatching, jail management system and records management system including jail management, records management, CAD and mobile.
- The software must be compatible with devices including: Microsoft Surface and Apple iPad.
- The software should include a public website for inmates for inmates in jail, a tip line, crime reporting, document request, visitor request, animals current in shelter, sex offenders, warrants, most wanted and missing persons.
- The software should include compatibility with evidence bar code printer and scanner.
- The software must allow for different types of users: read-only, add/update and add/update/delete. The software should use profiles to make it easier to set up user access based on job responsibilities.
- The software should track any changes made to a record including the officer.
- The software must have capability for JMS/RMS, Court, CAD, Google mapping and NCIC.
- The software should allow for single or multiple agencies including: Fire, Police, EMS and Sheriff. Features like mapping, access to IP cameras throughout the community should be available to dispatchers as they manage calls.
