[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound call center and fulfillment services for incoming tourism inquiries and requests for state publications including the state official vacation guide and state trails brochures.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 5,000 to 60,000 calls per month.
(3) A non mandatory pre-response conference will be held on April 22, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However vendor must be a company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee.
