[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual and digital services for complex and confidential job-related testing processes administered to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- pre-employment and the promotional testing assessment processes
- The duties of the A/V technicians will also include unloading, setting up, operating, packing, striking, and loading the audio/visual/digital equipment for the testing processes
- assist with determining and recommending the best and most feasible equipment configuration needed for the testing process based on the logistics of the test venue and the testing requirements
- Select and make arrangements for the test venues to be used in the testing process.
- The Vendor shall make and keep as the same accrue, full and complete records and books of accounts of revenue performance.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
