[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital documents conversion services of digitizing and indexing paper documents for the city, conversion of these records to digital files will preserve the records and allow for digital storage and indexing for enhanced retrieval, output format shall be PDF/A-2b compliance.
(2) A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on October 1, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 08, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
