[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate phone system for permit collect calls only, billed to the called party, allow any incoming calls, prevent against three-way or conference calling, prevent against call forwarding, capable of programmed call duration limits, capable of completing all calls, call monitoring and recording for each and every call made from any inmate phone including free calls, maintain a constant and sufficient backup of all calls placed, on-line access to billing name and address records for investigative purposes, capability of automatically notifying investigators and live monitoring of such calls would be preferred, maintain the facility phone system and keep all up-to-date, annual audit report to ensure that revenues and compensation have been accurately reported and paid.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
