(1) Vendor needs to provide academic benchmarking platform to aggregate, curate, visualize, and contextualize data on the research created by academic scholars.
- Platform must provide benchmarking and comparative datasets along with user-friendly business intelligence tools to visualize and identify patterns from those data
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 5, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
