[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide drug screening services for all counties to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- 5-panel drug tests, including collection for pre-employment, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, follow-up, and observed testing; laboratory services; testing supplies, materials, and forms
- Alcohol screen and confirmation testing, including collection for post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing; medical review officer review services; random selection, electronic tracking and reporting; testing supplies, materials, and forms
- Confirmation drug tests, including review services and electronic tracking and reporting
- On-site collection for post-accident or reasonable suspicion.
- After-hours collection for post-accident or reasonable suspicion
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
