[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide city recycling building services include structural modifications and/or repairs to existing roof support system (columns, wood rafters, steel trusses, foundations), replacement of one exit door, reinforcement and/or replacement of sections of deteriorating northwest building wall, corrections of settlement issue at western most building corner at small loading dock, and repair to various building masonry cracks to the government authority located in Johnson City, TN.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on July 16, 2019.
