[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video production services and videographers to provide professional video services to assist the City marketing and communications staff with keeping residents informed and educated about their city.
Some videos may be best done with a professional voice over and many will require music.
Number of desired Videos:
1 – state of the City video to include a voice over, interviews with key staff, b-roll footage
Prepared so that it can be easily segmented by topic, up to 10 minutes in length Covers highlights and notable successes from the previous year and budget highlights and exciting plans for the upcoming year Delivered in July
1 –employee celebration video for internal use celebrating the accomplishments of the last year, made up mostly of photos and b-roll with short message from leaders, set to upbeat music, up to 5 minutes in length Delivered mid-January
10 – storytelling videos for different departments helping to visualize and communicate the impact that City departments have on the lives of our residents. To be used on the City website and social media. These may be up to 5 minutes in length and should likely have a professional voice to narrate. Shooting for each individual video will likely take place in multiple locations, possibly
up to four per video. Deliver over the course of the fiscal year, schedule is flexible
12 – month in review videos to include captions and music with photos and b-roll video from the events, notable openings and happenings from the previous month, up to 2 minutes in length
Delivered by the 10th of each month
36 - short promo videos for events, openings or “need to know” items, some may require interviews and on-site recording while
others can likely be accomplished using photos and captions, up to 60 seconds in length
Deliver up to 3 per month
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
