(1) Vendor needs to provide real property value and dispute resolution services for tax appeal cases, also include provide market studies and analysis, provide highest and best use analysis, render an opinion of value or range of values as fee simple or within mass appraisal requirements, provide oral and written reports to the assessor of property, written reports shall comply with the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice (USPAP), participate in settlement discussions, provide mediation services, provide expert testimony in hearings and court trials to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 05, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
