- Hold times and call turnover is closely monitored through a real time dashboard but tacks historical data points and trending without intensive manual work
- capable of meeting the increasing needs of current applications, providing QoS for high priority applications, video and voice
- An architecture that will allow for seamless migration to higher bandwidth.
- Significant improvement over current real time dashboard and historical Metrics driven reporting
- Process for increasing or reducing bandwidth.
