[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management software for the Juvenile Services including
• Must meet supreme court administrative office of the courts' requirements for data reporting.
• Must include intake and registration processing, including the assignment of a unique and individual identifier.
• Must include information within the record relating to type of offense and be searchable based upon the type of offense.
• Must allow Supervisors access to all case notes.
• Must allow Supervisors to search cases by Probation Officer.
• Must allow case note generation and documentation including attaching scanned documents to records.
• Must generate all court orders.
• Must generate the rules of probation.
• Must generate orders for informal adjustment.
• Must assign the Tennessee Code Annotated codes for unruly/delinquent acts to individual records as needed.
• Must provide remote access to program preferably an application for Smartphones - (Mobile case management).
• Must build records around each individual child. All records related to the individual child should be housed in one database. The system must track the youth over time without losing historical data.
• Must have the ability to store multiple/historical addresses, phone numbers, etc.
• Must have a section for the recording of dates and results of drug tests administered.
• Must have a section for recording issues related specifically to school/education, such as truancy issues, grades, etc.
• Must have the ability to capture basic demographic and identifying information.
• Must have the ability to include case notes on each child's record.
• Must have the ability to list attorneys appointed or retained for each type of case.
• Must have the ability to track restitution, court costs, fines ordered and payments made. The software must have the ability to generate real time and historical reports on this information.
• Must have the ability to store and track petitions and court orders including juvenile justice, abuse/neglect, expungements, custody, visitation, restitution, community service, etc. including any Court actions and proceedings.
• Must provide electronic docket management.
• Must have the ability to place "flags" on a child's record alerting anyone accessing that record as to items requiring follow up.
• Must be able to capture basic demographic and identifying information for victims and allow for case note entry in victims' records.
• Must have the capability to link victims to specific offenses/offenders.
• Must have data import features with tools for including useful data:
o Proposer must describe the processing of data imports as well as provide training and assistance to the County Government IT Department.
• Must allow for generation of customizable reports.
• Software provider must install the product, provide on-site training and provide maintenance and support.
• Annual maintenance to include technical support and product upgrades.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
