[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal impact study services to conduct a study to determine the fiscal impact charter school expansions have on the district to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- The study shall cover the overall fiscal impact to the district, such as individual departments, schools within the district, and within the surrounding community.
- Conduct a study to determine the fiscal impact charter school expansions have on the district. The study shall cover the overall fiscal impact to the district, individual departments, schools within the district, and to the surrounding community.
- Analyze and document the impacts.
- Design a transparent accounting-based projection model that can be used year after year to estimate the fiscal impact during the charter school application process.
- Develop a fiscal capacity model, giving the board the ability to assess the district’s maximum annual fiscal capacity for absorbing new charter schools, at a rate.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
