[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
• Confidential, face-to-face counselling services with up to 10 sessions
• Quarterly and annual statistical reports with analysis
• Employer referral services and consultation
• Critical incident response
• Onsite and online trainings
• Robust network of professionals sufficient to provide timely EAP services
• 24/7 toll free phone line with crisis counselling and problem assessment
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
