Toll-Free Telephone Support
- The vendor must operate a clearly defined help desk with email support continuous (7 days-a-week x 24 hours-a-day) toll free Help Line staffed by trained employees able to resolve and/or escalate network trouble reports.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
