(1) Vendor needs to provide SharePoint migration and upgrade services for minimize data loss and user down time within sites, backup solution within the software for the user sites data, and applications to further assist in off-site failover, ability for certain authorized users to grant access to users without having access to create subsites or manage list settings, exist between primary and coop site to ensure high availability, business continuity, and consistency of data provided to users, office application integration (excel, word, etc.) also pdf integration, design for implementing office online server and integrating it with SharePoint server 2016 to provide the ability to view and edit Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents in the browser.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
