[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online assessment platform that will be used by district and school staff to administer and score district or school created benchmark or common formative assessments and to analyse and report student results.
- Assessment Design and Access system must be capable of administering district benchmark assessments in various subject areas and provide teachers with the ability to create, administer, and manage their own formative assessments in various subject areas, system must be able to deliver assessments in any subject at any grade level and allow teachers and administrators to create assessments from scratch using simple authoring tools, system must allow for accommodations, tools, and enhancements, including large print, zoom, color contrast, highlighting, option eliminator, straight edge, protractor, calculator, notes, and reference sheets, and read aloud or text to speech, system should provide the ability to add graphics, the system must support a variety of item types, including multiple choice items, open ended/constructed response graded with the aid of a rubric, and technology-enhanced items, the system should allow test items and responses to be linked to specific academic standards, state standards should be readily available in a menu/catalog format such that users can select the desired standard from a list in order to align items, teachers must have the ability to share assessments at the school or district level, subject to administrative approval, administrative users and teachers must have the ability to restrict access to certain “secure” assessments until the testing window begins, the system should allow for collaborative scoring of assessments by multiple users, the system should have the capacity for a “standards-based report card”, the system should provide a secure browser for students to use when taking online assessments.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 30, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
