[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial aid optimization tool for implement the use of a financial aid leverage tool.
• Implement a sophisticated, multi-year enrollment and financial aid/scholarship model to inform effective utilization of aid investments to reach comprehensive and evolving undergraduate enrollment goals from point of recruitment, incoming and continuing students, and retention and graduation targets.
• Analyze and inform methods and strategies for effective optimization of need-based and merit-based scholarship funds to support enrollment and fiscal goals.
• Develop data-based recruitment/marketing strategies to inform and successfully achieve institutional enrollment goals.
• Inform through sophisticated data and market analysis institutional specific recruitment and market positioning opportunities to successfully achieve institutional enrollment goals.
• Evaluate the prospective student market relating to ability to pay, price sensitivity and elasticity, and net price to analyze and predict the institution’s position within the competitive market price structure.
• Identify new or existing markets for strategic investments informed by the aforementioned analysis.
• Leverage scholarship modeling and enrollment projections to develop a sustainable scholarship & aid budget model that maximizes aid investments for the purposes of reaching both headcount and net tuition revenue goals.
• Implement predictive modeling tool to inform individual likelihood to enroll, persist, and graduate.
• Better understand and inform through detailed analysis how price, programmatic, policy and first-year experiences impact likelihood to enroll, retain and graduate.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on April 15, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
